Case Study: Bubbakoo’s Burritos at 2649 South Market Street
Not too long ago, Bubbakoo’s Burritos opened. Although a chain restaurant, the new Gilbert location is the brand’s introduction to the State of Arizona. As is the case with some franchises, this one opted to work with a sign shop closer to the business office. However, this meant that the signage would be made out of state and not locally, which could put the new franchisee in a bind when it came to their installation.
This is where Spotlight Signs and Imaging Solutions comes in. Although you know us as the full-service sign company that designs, produces, and installs products, we also offer our services à la carte. In this case, we did the sign installation as a third-party installer for the out-of-state sign shop.
Building a New Brand with Expertly Installed Signage
The other sign company had designed and produced the signage. Next, they sent them to our shop. We handled the project from there.
- Dimensional PVC letters. This restaurant has a hip clientele looking for something a little different. The overall atmosphere of the eatery reflects this brand element. A case in point is the set of 3D PVC letters that we installed on the focal wall of the restaurant. We flush-mounted them against a wood slate backdrop.
- Wall wrap. Another wall was wrapped with a white-on-black collection of images and letters. They combine advertisements with brand messages. Look closely, and you will notice the expert installation that considered the need for several cutouts all around.
- Skateboard decks with wall mounts. The skateboard decks are paramount to the brand. They also add splashes of color to the green walls and black-and-white prints. Our installers mounted them securely to the wall so that they would not give way, even if a guest might try to dislodge one.
- PVC prints with decorative screw caps. Our technicians measured the wall space for the PVC prints to ensure a perfectly even mounting of the different scenes. The decorative screw caps give the action shots of surfers and skateboarders an upscale look and feel.
The combination of the signs that we installed successfully creates the brand story and invites the customer to enter into it.
