The fall trade show season is right around the corner. Are you ready? Now is the time to take a look at your displays and decide whether you need an upgrade. Are you still trotting out the same faded and tattered posters you have had for nearly a decade? Have you changed your branding or focus since you last purchased banners? If this is the case, you should consider updating your look with these fall trade show pop-up displays.

Tabletop Pop Ups

Lightweight tabletop pop-up displays are the ideal way to get your message across in a standard 10’ by 10’ booth. These displays come in two widths – six feet and eight feet – and are approximately five feet high. They are curved so that convention attendees will catch a glimpse of your graphics from whatever directions they might be coming from.

Serpentine Pop Ups

Serpentine pop-up displays will be all the rage for the upcoming trade show season. They are designed for larger, double-wide spaces that are at least 20 feet wide. Serpentine displays come in 16- and 20-foot-wide sizes and are just over 7 feet high. They get their name because as you look down on them from above, they create a serpentine “S” shape. This means that half of the display protrudes out at the viewer, and the other half stands back a bit. Serpentine pop ups are easy enough for a single person to assemble, but they are on the heavier side, so you may want a second staff member to help you.

Another option when you have a double-wide space and want to wow attendees is the gullwing pop up. It is essentially the same as the serpentine, except it has two sunken back sections rather than the combination of sunken back and protruding sections. It gets its name because it looks like a stick-figure seagull when viewed from above.

What Options Are Available?

Pop-up displays are endlessly customizable. We can incorporate whatever graphics you have in mind for your display. Thanks to our state of the art color matching software and cutting edge large-format digital printers, we can perfectly replicate your corporate colors, logo, fonts, and more to keep your branding consistent.

We also offer hard case podiums to go with your pop up. The podiums double as carrying cases for your materials and can also feature your company’s branding. If you would like to display your products or offer handouts, we recommend adding pop-up shelves. They are about two feet wide by one foot deep and are specifically designed for use with your pop-up display.

Lastly, our team will be more than happy to give you tips on how to set up your display on your own, or we can help you do it.
