The school gymnasium is where legends are made. Chandler Preparatory Academy is a relatively new school, but they already have a long list of legendary teams that deserve recognition. So, they contacted Spotlight Signs and Imaging Solutions for gymnasium banners and wall murals in Chandler, AZ.
What Is Chandler Prep?
Located on North Alma School Road, Chandler Preparatory Academy was founded in 2005. They serve grades 6 through 12 and are part of the Great Hearts Academies, a large network of charter schools. The school adheres to a strict liberal arts curriculum, where students are required to take one foreign language in addition to their core curriculum. They also offer music, art, drama, poetry, and other fine arts. In the short time the school has been around, Chandler Prep has already won state championships in volleyball, basketball, track & field, chess, and more.
When an organization that does such an excellent job of teaching the future leaders of our country came to us for gymnasium banners and wall murals in Chandler, AZ, we jumped at the chance to help out. The awards and accolades at Chandler Prep were piling up, and they needed a way to recognize these accomplishments. Thankfully, they got in touch with the right sign maker for the project.
How We Helped Chandler Prep
Before we did anything, we needed to meet with the representatives from Chandler Prep, check out the gymnasium, and discuss exactly what they had in mind for their banners and graphics. This was a big project so we had to take extra care that we worked closely with the client. We listened carefully to their vision and took plenty of measurements. We then came back to them with some ideas and art proofs. Once we were certain they were satisfied with the designs, we went to work fabricating the signs. Here is what we did:
Athletic Accomplishment Banners – The banners are made of high-quality vinyl with the accomplishments added using vinyl lettering. For the banners listing how the Titans finished on the state level, we will easily be able to add future accomplishments.
Poster – To recognize the Titans playing college sports, we created a huge poster labeled “Titans at the Next Level,” which can also be updated easily.
Sponsor Banners – The best way to show appreciation for sponsors and attract new ones is with sponsor banners. We used the same durable vinyl for these markers.
Wall Mural – In the center of the focal wall of the gymnasium, we added the Academy’s logo using a vinyl adhesive film that is virtually indistinguishable from paint.
We worked with the school’s schedule to install all of the signs at a time that was convenient for them. In the end, they were thrilled with our work.
